good game JDD

useless factoid

The draft pick the oilers used on JDD was the pick they got for Jochen HEcht

First career shutout. Well done, man.

I didn't create the thread, but I edited the first post. I'm claiming the win for that GDT.

Great game from JDD, you have to feel good for the kid. Ethan Moreau with the Game Winner tonight, lol.

Great game, big win.

Nice PGT lol. Good win and congrats to JDD on his 1st SO. Penner and Hemsky played well.

And even though we didn't play our best, we shouldn't look a gift 4-0 in the mouth, esp. this season.

Points in 3 out of the last 4 games, and keeping pace with the middle of the WC.

Huge confidence game for JDD. Now we need 2 wins out of the next 3.

Not happy with the win, but at least they got it. This team still plays like a bunch of dummies.

"unreal game by the Coyotes"
"Bryz game ruined by his net not being in position 10 minutes before opening faceoff"
those announcers sucked

Good game, nice SO for JDD.
Team can still play better
Nice to see Hemmer step it up

After Emery pooped the proverbial bed tonight, I needed JDD to bring down the GAA and save %. Yay for JDD

Thought the Oilers played well for the first two periods. Shat the bed the third period.

Feels like a typical game after closed door meetings. Just hoping they dont revert back to their old ways.

And that is why this win gets a Cautious woo from Annie...

Edit: Congrats to JDD on first career shutout.

He sure looked shaky in his last two starts, but it seemed like he was pretty relaxed out there tonight. I am more confident in him playing a few more games if Khabi is not 100%, maybe even throw Dubnyk a game.

Crappy 3rd period, but the Oilers played good hockey for the first 2 periods for the most part and with a 4-0 lead took the pedal off the gas.

Could have been better, but the game as a whole was much better than the 3rd.

Hemsky was stellar. So was JDD.
