What I want to know is, why did Gelinas end up taking a draw in that game?! And who the hell lost a faceoff to a defenceman?

Just another night at the office for Henrique, I pretty much expect to see some form of scoring from him every time now.
Probably a 5 on 3 PK when the center got tossed, I remember Sal taking one or two of those last year, I'm pretty sure he won at least one faceoff.

I mean the upside of a guy who could be like 6'7" or 6'8" possibly and can play is a lot of possible reward to gamble against the risk.
If he can grow to 6'7" or 6'8" i will be very surprised/impressed.

They're looking at his parents heights and there are things you can look at on people to see if they're done growing in height or not. One of his big upsides was his future height potential so I would think teams took the time to get those results.

That's a bit bizarre because they let them both play in the game last night. In fact, they fought each other again during the game.

Good night for our guys. I'm getting jaded with Henrique's stats, and I think it's a very good thing.

Wow even Young managed to have a great night. Good for him.

You know things are going very well when Henrique and Cormier each have a goal and an assist and I lead the recap with Harry Young.

Not sure this is the right thread, but it seems like Tedenby just got several teeth knocked out during a game in the SEL - took a stick to the jaw.

This is the right thread, and that sucks for Tedenby. Hopefully he won't be out too long. Not like it matters anyway, they don't use him much even when he's healthy.

Seems like he's a tough midget, he was on the ice at the end of the period and registered a couple of shots.

Last game he played with Johan Davidsson, who was the biggest star in the SEL until Foppa and Naslund came back - this game he played in the third/fourth line..

Seems like Urbom won't be nominated for the WJC.

There's always next year! Bummer that we'll have one less guy to watch, but the WJC usually shades towards 19 year olds. And I wonder if Urbom leaving to play in the WHL might have rubbed some of the selectors the wrong way. Goalie Robin Lehner is playing well in the OHL and was also left off the squad.

I find it utterly ridiculous that Urbom isn't on that team.

Well players who stay in Sweden often get more respect from coaches and fans. Thats why players who goes to NA often doesnt get picked.
