Montreal fans are complaining about the reffing against the Pens. Apparently Rupp hit Patches from behind but no penalty was called. Is it just me or do players cheapshotting players on Canadian teams never get suspended?

O'Sullivan, Cogliano, and Gagner are just not not ready for their roles on this team. Plain and simple.
I gotta say, I'm getting pretty tired of watching it.
This is the NHL Tambellini, start filling some holes already.
I'm tired of it too, but how do you trade to fill holes when half your holes are due to injury? I imagine that Tambo would love to move Nilsson, Cogliano, Gilbert and maybe a couple others, but that's really hard to do right now.
Screw this top five pick stuff. The Oilers selected Gagner with number 6 three drafts ago and he's still struggling to find his professional game. It's not who the Oilers have selected it's the marginal players that they've surrounded their young offensive talent with. What the Oilers need is one or two established veterans NOT named Hemsky, Horcoff or Moreau. I liked Comrie before the flu and the mono hit him, but he's not the the kind of veteran that the Oilers needed/need.
all i ll say is that if more players on this team hustled like cogliano we would be winning more hockey games. he might not have the size or strength to win every battle but man does the kid ever have heart.
if hemsky is out for any time id put him up on the first line.
Sully was the best Oiler forward on the ice tonight.
The only one rushing the puck, gaining the zone, and getting it deep.
Other than that we were a turnover machine tonight.
I thought he deserved a star tonight. Cogliano was good too, so I'm cool with him getting one, but I thought O'Sullivan looked really good. He needs to spend more time playing with quality offensive linemates though, it's the only way he's going to get out of his slump.
