Can a season really be all but over before December 1st? It's Friday. The weekend. And I'm already depressed even before my team hits the ice. lol

And Kevin Lowe gets to fly around North America and pick Team Canada? I would be just as qualified to go to the mall and hand pick astronauts from the crowd at Walmart.
KEVIN LOWE IS NOT THE GM. STEVE TAMBELLINI IS THE GM.

I just watched Steve MacIntyre beat up Colton Orr in the Panthers-Leafs game tonight. With tonight's matchup, it might be the only hockey-related smile I get on my birthday .

Remember when he hit Dustin Boyd and then beat up Brandon Prust? *sigh*...those were happier days.

"Friday, Heatley played his first game in Edmonton since refusing to waive his no-movement clause to become part of the Oilers organization this summer.

He got a chilly reception."

The above is from the following article. Interesting quote, since the game doesn't start for an hour and a half.

Not much of a prediction they make no mention of Heatley's broken vagin suffered early during the game.

4-3 Oilers. JDD play's lights out. Fans see our "greasy" side tonight as we outhit the Sharks by a 5-1 margin. The fans fall in love with Jaques and O'marra.
Goals: Penner Cogs Souray Staios

No longer tight like man's ann us

Every now and then, things go all counter-intuitive - would not be surprised if Oil win. Hemsky's awesome but sometimes not having the go-to guy makes everyone step it up. Of course, that would depend on some cojones and leadership in the Dressing Room...

well he's got a couple of years to get healthy. No need rushing him, I imagine we should be pretty competitive in the 2012-2013 season.

This would be the only chance 'we' have... I wish Stone were back as well. Who cares about the score, I just want to see Jacques and Smid and Souray crush Heatley. Admittedly, a win would be a nice -and unexpected - surprise.

yeah you never know. Truth be told even with the likes of Hemsky, Gagner, Comrie all in the line-up we are butter soft. All we can hope for now is a roster that comes out and give it their all. Happy to be playing in the NHL. Tonight will be the night we find out, especially with the Hemsky news. During these dark times we might just find a light within. (deep I know) LETS GO OILERS!!!! Hit'em hard
