That sounds good to me as long as Leach can handle the shift in roles. Chips knows where to be, and so does Wyman (I can't wait to see more of him, he's impressed he almost as much as White).
Anyone read the game preview on TSN? This is what they had to say.
"Montreal hopes that Scott Gomez can return tonight from a groin injury suffered last Friday versus Washington that has caused him to miss the last three games. He is questionable for tonight along with Jaroslav Spacek (lower body) and Andrei Kostitsyn (foot).
Forward Benoit Pouliot, who was acquired from Minnesota on Monday despite being sidelined with a wrist injury, could make his Canadiens debut tonight."
Does TSN not pay attention to morning practices or listen to what Martin says after them?
WTF is Leach doing on the 4th line?! At the very least put Bergeron there. At least Leach is half competent on D. But, are we that cheap we can't call up a forward?

the best english site to get quick and accurate info is HI/O, dont worry about what tsn says.
As for Leach, I'm not convinced that he's going to play forward despite what we've seen. Normally, I would put bergy there but he's just playing too well recently... So I think martin will just use 7 d-men and 11 forwards.
MAB should be the forward not Leach. I hope that its rotated because Leach is good on D and doesnt bring any offensive punch. While MAB is mediocore at D and brings offensive punch.

if that would have been the case he would have signed a contract this summer.
Price will have to be strong like last week against the same team. Hamrlik hopefully repeats his performance from last Friday as well. I can't picture us rope-a-doping the Caps 2 weeks in a row.

Leach can't move the puck out of the zone well enough. He coughs up the puck on the breakout and makes bad passes. At least Bergeron can move the puck so that the breakout is more effective.

My guess is JM will double-shift Cammalleri on the 4th line and Leach plays mostly on defense, with maybe 2-3 shifts on offense at the beginning of the game.
Hoping Halak starts. Give Price a little break, save his stats and you know Halak will be strong seeing as he's very quickly loosing any prospect of being the #1.
