Oh I see, you're one of those. I thought you were just miserable when it came to the Oilers.

I don't find it necessary to overanalyze what I watch on TV. The show makes me laugh. I could care less about social commentary.

Some people spend wayyyy too much time analyzing **** and not just enjoying life.

Didn't you just analyze there?

If its humor I like watching something that is actually funny, original, and with some thought, acting, and dialogue behind it.

I hope that with TSN playing for eastern games that maybe this is a thing of the future. If it is succesful tonight, does CITYTV maybe take on those other two games that aren't on TV? Maybe they take on more next year?

It's funny the Oilers talk about wanting to give us the most games possible for the cheapest rater, well make a deal with CITYTV where you split the ad revenues.

Rogers Communications announced on June 25th that a deal had been reached for them to buy these stations from CTV, subject to CRTC approval. "Modern Life" is the only new comedy I have seen this year that fits that description.

I am afraid I am with you on this one Replacement. Cougar Town is just bad. Bad writing and bad acting although I have to admit I have not been able to watch more than about 15 seconds consecutively.

It doesn't make me laugh - it makes me wince.

Plus its derivative crap with a tired overdone theme.

It would take effort for the producers to come up with something less original than this.

I love Modern Family, it's awesome. Cougar town is ok but I've watched better shows.

Hung (late summer/early fall and only 8 episodes) was pretty darn funny as well. It was on HBO I think.
