You stomped us.
Theh Bruins have had a bad habit of playing terrible in the 1st period. If we got out of it without you scoring we would've won.
The first goal took all the wind out of our sails.
A team with a valid killer instinct would've not only won tonight, the would;ve put a big hurt in....and the B's didn't do it.
IMO the Bruins are a better team but are getting beat by a team that'll do anything to win, especially at the one on one battles.... this is going 7 games, it's anyone's series now.

The Bruins are the better team? We have outplayed your team in 4 of the 5 games.
Only luck & clutch goaltending provided you with 3 wins so far.

Believe me...the kid is unflappable.
His strongest points:
- Fundamentally sound....he's always square.
- Very quick on his feet....he very fast at getting back up out of his butterfly.
- His poise...like Bergeron, he's much older than his calendar years.

Reread the post again Sparky.
Talent wise I think the Bruins are a better team.

if he is this good next year at this time then you can start bragging but he will fade. its nothing against him, it just happens to everyone. look at where fernandez, roloson and giguere are now. theodore last year after the mvp season, lalime after a strong year, cloutier....this list goes on.

You're speculating about next year and I'm thinking about this Saturday....as well as a time when one Patrick Roy got shelled in a playoff game, got humiliated by management, went to Colorado and won a stanley Cup or two...and I've read many a poster here talk of Rayzor in Royesque-type reverance.

Again, now that Theodore has decided to wake up, it's going to come down to one-on-one battles and composure in staying out of the penalty box, 9despite the fact that both teams PP sux)....so far Montreal has the edge in that department.

Finally they broke through the wall that is known as Raycroft!!

Captain K

This is exactly the type of night Theo needed and Zednik scored FINALLY Nice to have such a big lead in the 3rd period so Komi was able to play some quality icetime.

Coming back to the Bell Centre for a HUGE Saturday night affair.

I CAN"T WAIT!!!!

Big win.

Besides the obvious fact that the Habs stay alive, the 6th game will bring in some extra ca$h to help Bob Gainey sign who he feels is needed.

I have loved watching Koivu out-captain Thornton all series long. In every department: points, faceoffs, heart...it's just great.

I look forward to Saturday night.

He is not my man.

I love players that can put the puck in the net. That's it. I love talent and I don't like when people are saying that a player is not good defensively and can ONLY score. Scoring goals is 100 time harder then dumping the puck or backchecking.

I am happy for Yannic and for Rivet as well.

Hunh?

Your point is either:
a) Raycroft is pretty good and suffered a bad game from lack of support...just like Roy and a other GK's have had....
b) The Montreal fans here don't know their hockey....
c) ummmm...I don't know.....what IS your point. All I can tell is you're a happy guy with a derisive manner or you've had too many Molsons to clarify properly what you're trying to say....if you have anything of substance to say at all.

And I guess you're saying that cheering the anthem wasn't total mockery from your fans? They were sincerely cheering our anthem because they love our country and our team. Yeah! Sure....

For me, that was total mockery from their part, and what's worst is that it was made by the majority of the fans.

Talk about class....

Your words, not mine.
I guess you're trying to tell me that Montreal isn't hockey Mecca so by default their fans don't know hockey as well as they think they do?
