Thinking with Scatchard back in Nashville yesterday to get his injury evaluated that we won't be seeing him tonight. With Santorelli sent down and no other recalls we've got 11 healthy forwards and Belak. Glennon referenced in his blog yesterday to expect new lines, so I'm gonna go with...

Sullivan - Arnott - Hornqvist
Ward - Legwand - Dumont
Erat - Goc - Tootoo
Belak - Smithson - Jones

Ah yes, Jones with Belak/Smithson resulting in Trotz stating "...Jones didn't produce, so we'll have to try somebody else...."

.....just sayin'

nice job on the GDT! Expecting this game to be an exciting one... Hoping both teams show some speed, but we definitely do not want to trade chances with them.

Thanks for the stream!!! If there is anyway we can continue these feeds in the GDTs fans like me living in Canada (and elsewhere) will be super stoked... I know the Preds are a young team compared to say..the blackhawks but you guys are gaining fans outside of TN and that's awesome...I am a sole torch carrier of this team in Vancouver...but don't worry...when I get into discussions with other Canadians ..more and more of friends/collegues are starting to see what I see about the preds!

Now..let's gnaw on some hawks tonight!

How long before the second and fourth lines are juggled around?

I'm saying two shifts each.

Lines seem pretty standard, saying "recent" is standard. SAD, Leggy-Smithson- Ward, Goc-Erat-Tootoo

Klein-Bouillon, Franson-Hammer

Woohoo! Hamhuis! The line I didn't mention is on the ice when Hammer ties it up! Hornqvist-O'Reilly-Jones along with Hammer and Franson. Primary assist Franson, second assist O'Reilly.

I like these lines a bit. For what we have, anyway.

Talk about a kid line. Cal O, Jones, Horny, Franson. Even Hammer for that matter. Nice to see them put somthing together.

But we got dominated that period.

What's up with Legwand? I don't know what the numbers ended but last game at one point he was 3-9 or something on faceoffs. So far he's 2 and 6 in this game. He has one shot, Smithson one, Ward zero.

I guess if we can afford to say "this is our defensive line" and they don't need to score maybe they are playing ok. I wish we had someone to give that line a boost. But the cupboard is bare. I guess the kiddie line of Hornqvist-Oreilly-Jones has to be the number two line in scoring... Because Leggy's line isn't, and Erat and Goc, Tootoo? No.

I guess I don't like the lines so much after all.

Come on Wilson. Get healthy and pot a goal or two so they will bring you up.

Maybe Erat sensed my negativity about that line.

Yeah! 2-1!

Did I mention how deep and talented I feel our lines go?

I don't mind these lines for this game. Offensively we're no match for Chicago. But I agree with you, we really have no 2nd scoring line. Jones-O'reilly-Honqvist is probably the closet thing. Since all are in my mind offensive players.

Lets not sit back, and get another goal guys. 3pts away if we win outright. no time to sit back.
