Ducks turned it over by their net and Rutuu pushed it home. Like 20 seconds later, Getzlaf ringed the puck around the boards and it deflected off a jut in the glass and into the net. Sens scored as a 5 on 3 was ending. Lupul snapped in a shot on the next shift.

14 goals (not counting the empty net in SJ, or the 1st goal tonight) in 4 games and counting. You still want to argue?
Brodeur, Lundqvist, Luongo, Fleury, Ward, Nabokov, Kiprusoff, Backstrom, Thomas, and yes, Leclaire, have all had 4 game periods where they gave up between 12 and 17 goals. God, they all suck!

Yeah, they're making this game a lot more entertaining to watch. I wish our best players gave as much effort instead of trying to be fancy all the time.

We score one, they score one, we score another one, they score another one. And yes, the sky is still falling.

most of the time they are the "backbreaking" kind, like right after we score, and they will also make ridiculous saves at key times

Knew that was coming when they didn't call it on Phillips. Still, I would rather have Foligno in the box than Phillips.

And it's Foligno, on our SECOND line, that gets the penalty after a great shift by our THIRD line. Sigh.

Same.

Also agree about Phillips. I was expecting an equalizer sooner or later anyway.

Please, tv stations, stop playing that McDonald's commercial. You might just save a few people from driving their heads right into their tv set.

I didn't see the Phoenix game, but the Lupul goal should have been stopped.

The difference is all those goalies you mentioned have already proved themselves.

Elliott has yet proved anything other than he CAN be good as a backup. When/If he does I'll eat crow and shut up, but until then he sucks.

Agreed, Getzlaf. How is Giguere still standing after that shot?
