Now I know why Holland added Brad May to start the year. Because our powerplay can longer be our "enforcer."

And the one time we actually hit the crossbar, what kind of shot was it? A one timer.

No, but instead, lets just pass the puck back and forth, or hold onto it so the PKers can get into the shooting lanes.

The 3 Blues players on the eyes barely had to move on that PK. We killed it for them.

Wow. Ericsson *might* be weaker on the puck than Hudler. I'm not even kidding.

This has been a wild one so far.

Not trying to be a negative nelly but Ericsson does not look like an NHL caliber player.

He looks like gumby when hes pressured.

That said, he did just have a good shift on the penalty kill.

Not a bad period, but jesus that Bertuzzi flub on the breakaway and that failed 5 on 3 left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ken Holland has already pledged to do nothing. They're on their own.

And, hello, guys, don't you remember Conklin's irresistible weakness? He overcommits to the puck carrier. Fake a freakin' shot and pass it cross-ice... the recipient will have a yawning cage. I haven't seen this attempted even once.

why are we the worst looking team in front of our own net? why do we suck along the boards also? and we can't score. this intent to blow bs has to go. it's ludicrous!! it's why nobody will take the nhl seriously.

Ericsson needs to be benched! I don't care if he's a rookie. Why's he have to play like one almost every single game?

Wow, on another note even Steve Mason can get a shutout. ****! Howard is my favorite starter but we can't even buy a shutout right now.

We better win this ****ing game or I'm going to lose my mind. We look like absolute noobs. My flatmate who is a Pens fan is laughing his *** off. It's painful to take this kind of ****.

That's how I feel. I trying my best not to look for things to complain about, but Ericsson is really starting to get on my nerves.

Haha, he's number 3 on FSD player of the game...wow.

Were they just playing Vampire Weekend at the joe, that's crazy, are they popular now?

Usually when you give 3rd line guys top line minutes they become less effective. Players who are not use to play 17~18 mins a game gets tired very easily.

Then instead of 3 useless lines we would have 4

Detroit is way too predictable nowadays.

All our offense is basically shoot at the net with screen.
No more European style cross ice passing and such.
The time it takes for our players to get the pass and take a shot is ridiculous.
