Is it just me or does the Calgary PBP man keep calling Oshie, Yoshie?

Why is it that the players playing the best are getting the least amount of playing time?

Dammit...we won. Andy Murray will live to fight another day.
Okay, I like seeing the Blues get the two points, but this means we'll have to see Andy Murray coach another game behind the bench.

I would not call it nice. We played horrible for two periods. Nonetheless, we pulled out a win at home, so all is well.

I guess the problem is airing the home games.
I think if we blackout the game on Friday we should come out with a solid win.

The good news: The Blues won at home (!!!)
The bad news: Very few Blues fans actually got to see it. Good job, NHL!

Yes, I noticed that too. And apparently there is someone named "Boyd" on the Blues as well.

I guess I saw a different game than some of you guys. I didn't think the team played terrible.
They scored on the PP. They had the puck in the Calgary zone for long cycles. I thought the transition had more speed and flow to it (most effectively on McDonald's goal....started by a good pass by Weaver and a fantastic spin-pass by Boyes).
Calgary is a pretty desperate team right now, too. This was a great hockey game to watch...plenty physical, lots of talent on the ice. Even though they played their back-up goalie, I think he played very well. This was a hard-fought must-win game for the Blues against an almost equally desperate Calgary team. (Last night the guy on NHL Network did his Power Rankings and had Calgary 4th....which I thought was a bit high, but you get the point. A quality opponent.)
The key for me is whether the Blues can continue to bring effort like this night after night. Lately, they seem to be able to gut out a big win, then lay an egg next game. Tonight's game will be a big challenge, but I want to see some desire and belief.
