I noticed it, and started to laugh; but then I kept reading the thread, and all the recent Debbie-downer posts and decided to cry instead.

We're doomed. Doooooooooommmmmmmmeeeeeddddd, I tell you!

I thought all the crying and sobbing was because of the cancelled pony rides. (Or maybe that was just me...)

I'm still crying/sobbing because of the Steelers game.

How can you be positive when the team is hell bent on getting to the cellar. They only have 3 points to go and walla they will be there. Genious stroke--Chimera to the first line!!!!

Come on now, how else are we going to be able to draft the next big KHL star if we don't tank hard now!!!

This is our opportunity

I'm going to be honest, I like the lines for this game. I really can't complain about Chimera on the top line -- at this point, might as well try anything, right? Plus, that's gonna be a very fast top line, and the skill is really well spread out through all the lines. I think Brass has been playing much better as of late, it's just not showing up in his stats so much. Once he gets a few points I think he'll start rolling.

If THIS line combo doesn't work, it's time to try Jake on the top line -- maybe he and Nash can help each other break out of their funks.

All we have to do is draft a European who states publicly that his one true desire is to play in the NHL no matter the cost, and we'll be golden.

I am confident that if we can win this game our season can turn around. This is the team we must beat, tonight. It will be the equivalent of us defeateing LA last year after they thumped us two games earlier. There wont be anyone in the building but the boys should expect that. We got our losing skid out of the way early in the season and things will now be looking up. Carry the flag, go jackets. 4-0 over trashville

Let's be real, JF. Your Hainsey's baby with a knife avatar is not 2-2-0-2 this season, it's 2-4. I think it's time to change it up, get an avatar that plays more of a straight-line style instead of East-West. Gotta keep moving North.

according to Hitchcock, he wants to see more of a north south game than the east west game they have been playing. I would just like to see them play some kind of game, maybe hockey?

Will my five minutes of effort to watch this game be matched by the team tonight? Outlook is slim.

Five WHOLE minutes??? Geez, it's unrealistic expectations like these that make fans so disappoionted.

It's funny how we haven't mentioned a "full 60" in the last many games because I think all of us know it won't happen

Doesn't the ice really run east to west? Maybe that's been the problem all along-if they play a north-south game, they're skating from the bench to the penalty box.

Oh Gawd! That's a hoot! Maybe we could put a couple of Tiger's women in the penalty box and then the guys would sco... What? I thought the damned game was about scoring.

I'd get upset about the lines, if I didn't realize Hitchcock will change them 2 minutes into the game.

So how many out of our next 10 do we have to drop before the GDT is titled Taylor Hall vs. Cam Fowler vs. Tyler Seguin?

What's more hardcore: skipping my final tonight to watch the game OR skipping the game tonight to take my final, graduating, getting a job, and making money to spend on season tickets so my opinion will be worth more?
