Atta boy Quickie!

http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=509803

"Raise your hand if you had the Los Angeles Kings at the top of the Western Conference standings in the middle of December.

After finishing 14th in the conference last season, the Kings have ridden an 8-1-1 streak to the top of the charts. And helping lead their charge is goaltender Jonathan Quick. By going 3-0-0 last week, and stopping 80 of 85 shots, Quick was named the NHL's First Star of the Week. In his last seven games, Quick is 6-0-1 with a 2.20 goals-against average."

What are you talking about? The Kings still desperately need goaltending and will be in the market for a goaltender at the trade deadline.

No no no. As per the experts on HFboards...Quick is one of the top 5 WORST starting goalies in the league.

This just cannot be...

Quick is having a very good season but don't expect him to stay this hot forever LA will eventually fall down they standings like Colorado but no as much, this team has a bright future and is doing very good this season but dont expect the kings or Quick to stay this good the whole season
