Kings v. Nucks: The you can't win them all post game THOUGHTS & TIDBITS

3-1

Purcell sucks.

More after I drink this beer.

Ok, I'm back.

Purcell blows. He looks like John Zeiler without the felony record.

Brownie. Hands of stone tonight.

The only way to find Kopitar on the ice is if you see dead people because he was a ****ing ghost.

Williams was even off, which all things considering, meant we were totally ****ed.

Frolov was the only player that stood out to me, in the good kind of way. Not just because he scored a goal, but because he was buzzing in high scoring areas. If Kopitar was actually paying attention to any part of his game, we would have had 2 goals. Richardson had a good game. Handzus was making an effort out there.

The officiating was brutal, on both ends.

Luongo was nothing special and didn't have to be.

Yes, the game was a little dull. But, we're playing Vancouver for goodness sake which is one step below playing Calgary.

The Kings looked hung over or stoned.

Now let's get that Jack Johnson hate going in the PGT!!

Wow I fell asleep watching that snooze fest.
I wonder who gets the call since Stoll is injured?

Clune? Cliche?

Another grinder or some offense.

I really hope Stoll is ok.

The injuries are starting to be felt up front, its going to be very hard to win road games when you are dressing 3 forwards who shouldn't even be in the NHL in Harrold, Ivanans and Purcell. And then tomorrow we can add Moller and Elkins who should probably be in Manchester right now.

I think DL needs to make a trade, even a small one, say a 4th liner with grit for a draft pick. Something to improve the depth.

Another boring loss to the Canucks. If Vancouver wins the Cup is going to be by putting everyone to sleep. I don't want another loss to that ********** team for the rest of the year.

The game was boring as hell to watch. It's sad that Canuck fans have to pay $16 to watch that sludge on Pay-Per-View some nights.

That's about it. Hope Stoll will be OK. Too many games in too few nights = fatigue = injuries.

Lessons learned tonight:

1. Kings fans should all have energy after that 2 hour nap. Refreshing!

2. If Schenn is called up he will be injured, because of the letter his name starts with.

3. Being bored is not fun.

Purcell can't do much of anything right.

Matt Greene and Sean O'Donnell really suck when it comes to the PK, they seem to leave gaps that are huge. Really hurt us in the first. Not to mention Greene's odd play on the third goal.

I feel with the offense 5 minutes into the game you know the whole game is going to be offensively. They just either have it or not.

I used to think Vancouver was a good team with the personnel to play good hockey...but it turns out they're a ****** team content to play boring (but effective) hockey, protecting Luongo, much to this team's detriment. They're our friggin kryptonite.

Give them credit for executing, but my God, what a horrible team to watch.

Did I really made through this game without sleeping in?

I deserve some award for that because the game was so boring that I feel I just trow 3hours of my life for nothing.

Absolutely depressing.

We have zero offensive creativity. You cant beat Luongo with wrist shots from 45 ft out.

Vancouver actually scores goals, I think its just the style that is so damn boring. Cycle on top of cycle, mixed in with a PPG.

It works for them though, they don't have flashy players, but they put up goals, in basketball terms they run an excellent half court game.

When you can't get much closer than 45 feet away it's pretty tough.
