Hey, if that's all it takes, I'm all for it.

Since I was in DL's corner from day one, I'll just pat him on the back and say, "Good job."

We still have a long way to go, but at least some of the pieces are falling into place. I definitely would have liked to see Kopitar take it upon himself to step up his game a little more when Smyth went down, but he still has time to learn. Kopitar will have to be "all that" if this team is ever going to reach the next level.

I figured you as a guy who liked to watch. Shouldn't I be told "good job" though?

Agree about Kopitar though. The el foldo he has pulled has been a real bummer. I don't want to hear about his defense...you don't pay a guy $7MM to be a shut-down center.

60 seconds in and on is gold.
I thought that was a good interview. He's expressing his frustration with the team's play. And he's right, the Kings won despite somehow sloppily coughing up the puck repeatedly in the defensive zone. I assume that's what he's referring to when he says he didn't like the Kings' style of play.

Welp, Smyth is due back in a matter of a little of a week. Let's hope that's all it takes to light a fire under his ass.
