^Hopefully we aren't taking this team for granted.

20-12-2 does look like a nice round record, though.

You want to check out something scary. Look at their PP stats. For a good portion of this year the Leafs PP was the top or near the top of the league.

They're a much improved team with Kessel in the lineup.

It looks like they're a few Maple Leafs fans not taking the Coyotes lightly.
Makes you wonder still who won't be chanting Hamilton at the ACC tonight. Also who in the ACC that chants Hamilton would also do so at Jobing.com Arena.

Let's keep it going with our ability to beat eastern conference teams.

this is a big game. National TV in Canada and after the entire summer I hope the players would like nothing more than to win this one for the fans. Hope they have alot of motivation especially after the game in Detroit where they didn't play so hot.

There's no chanting in the ACC. Can't chant and eat sushi at the same time.

If press reports are true, the Leafs didn't want the Coyotes in Hamilton.

Even if you could, it'd be hard to hear them from back on the concourse.

MLSE wants nothing to do with any team anywhere near them and I can understand why. That has nothing to do with the Laffs fans, or any other fans in the area that happen to be attending the game.

LaBarbera needs to start tonight. Bryz has played a ton of hockey so far, he's going to play a ton of hockey in March and April, and he's going to play for Team Russia. As far as the standings are concerned, an out-of-conference game on the road in December is about as meaningless as they come. Make it clear that this is not punishment for losing in Detroit, and give him the night off.

Couldn't agree more and to think it could have been Hamilton vs Toronto which would have been huge here

Maybe we can surprise a few people and do some SCORING tonight. We've been getting more quality chances lately and......Leafs are 29th in goals against at 3.46 per game. Is it too much to ask ??

If there is one thing most of the Coyotes "scoring chances" are good for, it is making the other team's goalie look good.

What the hell Tippet? So Biz gets put in a game against a team that plays ZERO defense? Doesn't sound like a team that Mueller would be perfect for. Not at all.

Fine with Biz getting back in, but I believe it was Korpikoski's turn to take a seat. It's a shame, I felt like that line was starting to get a little chemistry between them.

Yeah I don't get that either. They don't exactly have world beaters in net either, so it could have been a good opportunity to get on the score sheet. Maybe something happened in practice.

Coyotes/Leafs preview is up.

This is a statement game against a Leafs team that redefines mediocre on a game by game basis!
