SAN JOSE SHARKS (19-8-7) vs. THE MIGHTY DUCKS OF ANAHEIM (13-13-7)

Lets face it. The Sharks need to win. 5 in a row sucks. But what better way to snap a losing streak than beating the Mighty Mighty Ducks of Anaheim!? I know, right?

It won't be easy. It's going to be a game that's hard fought...full of battles...full of physicality. And lets face it...a bit of luck to. I'm here to bring the luck.

Gord "Leaper" Dwyer #19

Bill "The Stache" McCreary #7

Dwyer is one of the few refs who does NOT tend to call the score (call infractions in favor of the team trailing). Historically, the Sharks have not done well in games reffed by McCreary.

Nabby was first goalie off the ice at practice today. Hiller got the win in Vancouver Wednesday night.

Sharks want to show they can overcome the mental mistakes they've made that have been one cause of the last 5 losses.

My first game of the year! Also, my girfriend's first game since she was 11 (10 years ago). Let's snap the streak!

I have been saving my first post for a while. Well, tonight at Red Stagg, they were raffling off tickets for this game. For every drink that was bought, a raffle ticket was awarded. So, I did my best to out drink my friends to win tickets to this game. I did not win and I am staying 10 blocks away from HP. It turned out that a good friend of mine won the tickets, in section 102, row 13. He decided to take his girlfriend. So, I will be at The Brit watching the game tomorrow. And as a recent Cal Poly grad, I will be drinking as much as I can for every Sharks GOAL!!!

Better pace yourself then cause one drink sounds about right! You may even get lucky with 2 drinks. but the lack of production I'm seeing lately doesn't bode well.

Hahaha that's awesome. Welcome to the boards

Great GDT too.

I'm gonna be at the game tonight, don't remember what section. Last time I was there for a Ducks game, we won 2-0, so I predict the same score. Marleau and Heatley both score.

Sharks win 3-2

as for the GDT: "THE MIGHTY DUCKS OF ANAHEIM"??? Wow, haven't heard that phrase in a few years, almost forgot about their former name.

Thank God for some Sharks hockey. 4 days is too damn many without. And I was too hungover on Sunday to realize there was a game going on, so my stretch is even longer. But with that said, I still not sure about what were going to see tonight. They always seem tight against the Ducks so I'm thinkin...

2-1 Sharks

Clowe
Marleau
