Might be, he really hasn't looked his usual self since the return from that injury. Seems like it's getting worse for every game.

iv said that in the last three gdt's, he just hasnt had the ov flare that he normally does. i think the last couple games hes had probably a combined amount of shots that he normally takes in one game. hes either still hurt or hes trying to get 100% for the Olympics and dosnt wanna risk straining anything.

Ovi injured or not goes thru periods where he's so obviously looking to pass. When teams are just playing him to shoot and blocking most his shots, he does need to pass. Just when you think he may be injured he tries to crush someone.

Really digging those Oiler jersey's. Goalie's pads are a little ostentatious, but I kinda like the bright orange coloring.

Well OV really needs to be the best cap on the ice. That hasn't happened in like... forever? I'm starting to get worried.

Lets not go overboard. He has points in 9 of his last 11. He had 3 pts 3 games back.
They lost and you forgot.

As for the 3rd line center arguement, I've always liked Matt Stajan (didn't like seeing him get leveled earlier). He could be had I think, for not to steep of a price. He's defensivly responsible, and can provide offense. I think he'd fit in well.

He still hasn't been the best cap on the ice for a long time. Points' got nothing to do with it, you know as well as I that he really hasn't had a big impact in a game for a long time. I'm not worried about him not getting goals or points, I'm worried about what I've been seeing from him on the ice lately.

Schultz's turnover was bad, but it's inexcusable that nobody skated hard enough to wrap up Horcoff.

I don't know but what you wrote is what I was thinking there. I haven't looked back at the stats, but seems to me Green has not played well in a few of the games when Team Canada staff are watching.

JDD has played well so far in this game for the Oilers.
