Any team in the bottom 5 has a shot at Hallsie! Hopefully Tambo can pull off a few trades for strictly first rounders.

It's scary that Eberle is so small but I only hope he gets a year in the AHL to prevent repeating the Gags experiment.

Are Johansson (Washington) or Josefsson (NJD) playing? Urbom on defense?

Why is Paajarvi being used as an extra forward? I though he would be Swedens go to guy this tournament.

My comment was more of a joke, because I know some don't want to believe we're a bottom-5 team, but at the same time, I would not be the least bit disappointed if that happened haha.

Exhibition game.

Canada really went hard at the Swedes last year, and I'm sure the Swedish coaching staff have 2 goals in mind:

1. Get out with everyone healthy.

2. Get an idea of how good the middle of your roster is.

Or maybe MPS is just nursing an injury of some sort?

For some reason they didn't pick Urbom. They didn't pick anyone from the CHL. Urbom really should be there.

OT: I know, but I don't want to start a thread asking if this is Hilary Duff in the bottom, beside Quinn?

Bad play by Lander to put his team down 5 on 3.

We could use some of that on the Oilers. OH wait.

I cheer for the Oil every game but after last summer I'm not upset when they lose. It's exciting to think that the team could get a top liner in another deep draft year (top 5 at least).

Add Eberle & Svensson to a possible top 5 pick means at least one franchise player even if two are busts. The WJC is the best time of year to dream of the future!

I just read that said pic was taken during the family and friends skate this afternoon. More than likely it was her.

It looks like her.

Boy, does Tedenby ever look like a beaut. Couple guys on that Sweden team look pretty good, even though they're down 4-0. Rundblad looks awful so far. The Swedish guys on HF are harping on him for being terrible this past month or so in the SEL. It's like he's completely forgotten how to play defense all of a sudden.

Wonder if Sweden scores at all in this game. Hopefully they make it exciting, given it's an exhibition and all.

I think anyone who draws Canada in the pre-tourney portion of the WJC learned from last year...they will want to AVOID intensity & physicality.

That was a beautiful dish from Eberle back to the point man to set up the goal.
