My HS is playing a team I can't stand to lose too either. If both are losses, I will be uber-sad. I don't wanna be sad.

Hopefully Zach can learn a few things from Rupp tonight so he can start scoring again.

Make it count boys.

DF-RU I coach, so I can only hope for the best when the players get sent out!

I have practice tomorrow morning, so double-losses + morning practice = massive suck for me.

The Pens start at 730 cuz I called them and said "hey, my hs team has a game at 6 and if you start a bit later, ill miss a lil less than if you start at 7pm. Kthxbai."

I was this (squeeze thumb and index finger together) to going. But in the end I decided not to, and especially with all the snow I'm glad I didn't.

The first game next year, I'm there no matter what at this point.

The Penguins finally have all their regulars back, we still have several of ours out. If we win, I wonder what the excuse will be this time?

Possible excuse

The devils current injuries are not as bad as the penguins' were.

Well, that's a given, they'll complain about the trap even if they win.

I'm just trying to say, they'll have to be more clever with their excuses this time.

This is a start of arguably the biggest two weeks of the season. Let's get a win.

Also, a win tonight ensures the Devils at least tie the season series with Pitt, important for possible tie-breakers.

Comeon Parise, the assists are nice but we can't keep winning if you aren't putting some home buddy!

A win with the way the Pens have been playing would be impressive and a loss won't be earth shattering, just as long as the team plays hard and smart. Sid is on fire and this is as good a time for Zach and Zajac to get back to scoring some goals. Plus, Parise gets up to play against Crosby's team, I see him having a good game.

Very true, we have a lot of legitimately good opponents coming up, Pittsburgh twice, and Washington, Atlanta, and Chicago once each.

The second half of the season looks to be a little easier than the first half, and we traditionally perform well in the second half of the season. All good things.

I'll be really stoked if we beat them again. I think their coming off some better efforts in their last two games than we have. So we'll need to step it up!

A 40 minute effort probably won't get it done tonight. We need a full game like we haven't had in a few weeks.

We've been good at winning games we shouldn't so far though...

We need something like the Buffalo game.

One encouraging thing is that recently the team has played to the level of the opponent, and we've still won even when we play poorly. The last good team we lost to was the Canucks.
