Hi there, live in Japan so bought GameCenter to watch Habs games online. GameCenter's advertising clearly says: "Home or Away Broadcasts – Choose your team's broadcast whether they are home or on the road"
BUT, no -- there is no Habs commentary. Today (October 21) for example, clicking the "Canadiens" source option just gave me the MSG Network with the opposing team announcers. Same thing last week, no local Habs feed/commentators.
I want the home (RDS) broadcast, so I e-mailed GameCenter and got this response:
RDS feeds will not be offered unless there is no other network televising the game. We were hopeful that an arrangement could be reached with RDS to allow their French-language content to be offered as an alternative on GameCenter Live, but no such agreement was approved.

So basically GameCenter offers a service. I buy it. They don't deliver the service. I complain. They respond, yes we are not delivering the service.
Couple of years ago I bought a game while in Chicago. The Habs were playing the Bruins.
It was the only game I bought that year on the NHL game centre to watch on my notebook. The following October they billed me over a $100 for the next season! No announcement. Nothing. Just showed up on the credit card bill
It took a bit of finagling to actually talk to a person to reverse the charge. According to them there was no way to buy just one game. The charge was automatic. Nothing I could find said that was going to happen
Don't know if they still do business that way, but it scared me off future business
