I don't know their overall record in a game 7, but against the Bruins in game 7's the Montreal Canadiens holds a 3-2 edge.

Got it from the Toronto Star today.

Lets be honest who cares....... The past is important, THE NOW is more so!!!!

The montreal of today will have to go to Boston play like a team, work hard, defend like an organised unit and hustle and fight for each puck like their lives depended on it!!!

The fact that we've never been beaten in a game seven (not true, don't have all the stats to had) will not really affect this boys... Kirk Muller once scoring an OT goal has no bearing on this match, hes not there to do it again... The only people who will affect that game will be our beloved Montreal Canadiens...

The can be a small physcological note to be taken from previous game 7 games.. however as a coach this could be both an aid or a hindereness to our players....

When it comes down to a game 7 I think you have to throw everything out the door... anything can happen... it comes down to the team that wants it more!!!

IMO Montreal comes into this game in the best position, they were down 3-1 and weren't supposed to be here in the first place. We are the under dogs and that is the best position to be in, the pressure is on a Rookie Goalie and the the Bruins as a whole. Since game 2 we have out played and out chanced this team, they have just caught lucky breaks to have been up 3-1, in all truth this series should have been done game 5 in a 4-1 win for the Habs.

If we play our game, us our speed and Theo plays like he did in game 5 it is ours to take!

Habs are going to play hard and will not go down without a fight, look how they have responded. This series started out as a best of 7, then turned into a best of 3 and now it is a best of 1 winner takes all.

I believe!

GO HABS GO!!!

Tell that to the guys broadcasting for Hockey Night in Massachuchettes-er Canada... Here are their favorite things to say:

"Boston was the best team in the league this season with come from behind victories."
"Montreal has a 0-12 record when trailing 3-1 in a series; Boston has a 14-0 record when leading 3-1 in a series"
"Zednik dove Kelly!"

but that is just typical broadcasting... To heighten the suspense and pressures and the winning team's achievements they need to add fuel to the fire. This therfore is created by saying things like you've mentioned... I'm not trying to have a go, thats just broadcasting for you, and lets be honest... when your so use to following the Sox in beantown anyone else with a winning record you've got to big them up.. hahahaha... Hopefully you though mange to understand where i was coming from... as a previous poster mentioned.. BLONG 7... said.. "when it comes to game seven everything else goes out the window.....

GO GO!!!!

I hate those stats. In no way do they help to predict what will happen in this years game seven.

Don't forget about Glenn Healy's love affair with Yanic Perrault.
