Wow...that kid is a friggin idiot. And given that he worked for WIP, I would assume he's pursuing some form of media gig...and now when a future employer does a google search on him, this crap is likely to come up.

Good work, kid.

Going through the motions to get it dismissed would still be a pain in the ass for the kid though. It'd probably hit his wallet a bit harder than Comcast's too.

I saw NOFX in philly last year, they played The Decline straight through, which they promised to do once and only once in every city. By far my favorite NOFX release, and it was amazing seeing that live

I thought the same last night watching the Tampa game. They were promoting changing from oil to natural gas for home heating. The name of the company? Peoples' Gas.

Ya know, I got a few of those for my toy drive... I had hoped that 12 and 13 yr olds would like them. I guess they would. LOL

And it didn't quote for some reason, but I've been laughing at the Acifex commercials for a while now. Great marketing...haha

They did the same thing when I saw them in Jersey. I don't really like going to shows anymore. Too many little kids who don't really know what they are doing/who the band really is. You go and see NOFX and all they want to hear is stuff off the latest album and when they play an old song it's like me and six other dudes rocking out and no one else is moving. Last time I saw them Fat Mike was like, "Why did you guys come see our band if you have never heard any of our songs?" and just kept ripping on the crowd.

Some guy kept yelling "Bob!" the whole time, it pissed off Mike and because of that he said they wouldn't be playing it and if anyone was upset about it to take it up with that guy.

How was everyone's concert scene this summer?

I got to see 311 at Festival Pier, rocked. I also went to the Starscape Festival in Baltimore, which is basically an all day rave/electronica show. It kicked ass.

Then, I made my way up to Jersey City for the All Points West tour, basically to see Tool, which melted my face from sheer rockery, but I also discovered some sweet bands that I like now, such as: Arctic Monkeys, St. Vincent, My Bloody Valentine, Cage the Elephant, Gogol Bordello, and the New Pornographers.

I think the only show I saw this summer was Blink, but I was pretty thrilled to get brought back to my high school days. One of my favorite bands of all time and I had never seen them before, so I was pretty pumped.

But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
—Matthew 6:3-4
