Winter Classic Autograph Hounding

I'm heading up to the Winter Classic without tix, but I was wondering if anyone had any info on Flyers or Bruins Alumni autograph opportunities? aside from an overpriced NHL NYE party at HOB does anyone know of anything else going on, either the 31st or New Year's? I saw there will be an entertainment festival but the details weren't too detail at all from NHL.com. just wondering if i have chances for autographs from any alumni.
ANY help or info is much appreciated.
Thanks!

I'm not entirely sure I'll be awake by 10 am when it's on here. Probably won't get home from work until 2 or 3 the night before. Thank jebus for DVR. I will however do my best to drag myself out of bed in time to watch it in real time.

Have fun everyone that's going! I hate you all.

That's an amazing gift but did they tell you about the tickets beforehand so that you wouldn't have to jump through your ass to get a hotel and such at last minute? Because, well, that would kind of suck unless you lived within a few hours of Boston.

I'd bet there are plenty of hotels available. It's not the super bowl.

All guesswork here, but the Red Sox are on the first base side, so I'd think the Bruins will be coming from that dugout/clubhouse. That would mean all of us in the RF box and bleachers are on the side the Flyers shoot at twice (first base side).
Now, any chance the Flyers deal for Conklin once the holiday embargo is lifted?

I used Priceline to book my hotels. I will be there 4 nights. Staying at the Hyatt Regency downtown Tues/Wed for $66 a night. Thurs/Fri I will be at the Hilton downtown for $125 a night.

Using pricelines name your own price option saved my a crapload on these rooms. If you have a car these hotels charge $40 a night to park. I will not have a car.

Well, I leave in less than 12 hours. If anyone is in the area or an extremely prompt Eagles tailgater, we will be leaving from the North side of America's Showplace at 8:30am on the tandem.

I will have to take a look at the priceline name your own thing, as my friends and I booked a hostel, but would prefer a hotel.

I am not going to the game, but I as many of you know I live in New England. Anyway, something to keep in mind for the Winter Classic, the long range forecast calls for what could be a major winter storm for New Years Day for New England.
Still early for the local weather folks to know whats going to happen but I thought I would pass it on.
