Why you want to sit as high as possible

Check out this view from the lower bowl.

Funny. I was the one that posted that pic on CL yesterday. Somebody posted the pic on the B's board yesterday too. I was really surprised no one had posted any pics from the lower bowl since the ice had been put in (that were on public forums anyways). I just wanted everyone who wasn't familiar with what the sight lines were gonna be, to know before going and being royally pissed upon arrival. The upper bowl is crazy expensive. But the views are spectacular in comparison to the lowers.

Can't wait for this game! Planning on sitting on the left field roof by the coke-a-cola sign (PB16). Things could get interesting if we get a major storm people are starting to talk about. I wouldn't get to worried yet though. This is New England. It could end up being 2 inches of rain...then again it could be 45 and sunny!

I will be in the rightfield grandstand sect 5 row 1 and I hope and pray its high enough to see it all.

I am flying out on Wednesday. I RECOMEND if your flying out on the 31st, DONT. It is suppose to snow that day in Philly, take a flight the 30th. It will save you alot of grief of delayed flights.

As far as I believe, the package I got included tickets on the bleachers. I'm assuming it's the bleachers right in front there, so that would be pretty cool. My friend is supposed to pick up the tickets today or tomorrow, so I'll post once I know.

I really hope that the view from the outfield bleachers isn't obstructed. I'd rather be far away with a view of the ice than closer but obstructed partially. I'm in sect 41 row 13..anyone have any ideas?

70% chance of rain on New Years Day. Just what the NHL needs. What the hell are they going to do if it's pouring, as forecasted?

A lot can happen in 3 days. Not a big deal. Would suck if it got rained out, but you can't control the weather.

If it gets pushed back a day I'll have to call out of work.

It's just the Boston media trying to mess with the Flyers. Worst possible scenario is starting the game, then the rain hitting. And the rain being much more than expected.
C'mon, New England. Give me the winter weather I remember as a kid.

Please no rain delay. That would mean the $500 I spent on tickets would be completely wasted because I can't go... oh well, my friend will enjoy his free game
