superstitions ...

there is no logical theory that can substantiate why lose on the 23rd - so lets just hope for a solid effort and we should win.

Excited to see Pouliot FINALLY.

Good day for me to be going on Christmas vacation. I'm so looking forward to what Pouliot can do on the ice. Seeing as the 4th line has no cohesion we won't have to worry about Pouliot screwing up their chemistry, and can focus instead on what his individual skills are like. According to HIO Halak gets the start and Hamrlik out.

If Pouliot can screw up the 4th line's chemistry from his spot on the 2nd line, then he is INDEED god himself.

Tonight's a night of firsts and new beginnings

First win since 45..

A chance at 3 wins in a row on the road since December last year..

Habs play angry 4-2

Markov a nice pass from Gomez

Gomers major malfunction from Pouliot and S.K

Cammy 2 goals

Staal 2 goals

And yes and superstitions are goofy (sorry If i offend anyone)
It's not because you cross your toes the wrong way or fart from your left cheek that will affect the result in another Country

I don't like when Halak is in goals, our Ws seem to be so boring... I don't like the way the team plays with Halak in goal.
I think they have to be tighter defensively because of his week rebound control and of his lack of control of the puck / stick play / playing the 3rd D à la Brodeur/Price.

That's it, I said it.

he is a good goalie, though.

I'll take a boring win over an exciting loss any day of the week.

right now on the 2nd line wings we have a guy playing like a 4th liner (SKost) and a guy playing like a 4th line ahler (Dags). Not exactly stiff competition.

I really laughed hard at this one.

One thing seems obvious these days about Carolina, their overachieving play is over... except Stall and Ward (horrible season so far), this team isn't going to improve at all. Let's just hope we don't give them 8 powerplays tonight and it should be allright (unless Ward wakes up)

I'm really expecting smart hockey by Pouliot tonight, he's got a good team to show what he's worth
