I went to that game, and I was listening to the radio on the way home and they said that the Flyers would let people with unused tickets (purchased before game day) exchange them for another game. Since it was on the radio I don't have a link to provide or anything, but I would recommend contacting the Flyers ticket office if you did have tickets to that game and see if they can help.
Snowed out
Although the NHL has a “no refund” policy to any game that is played despite weather, Flyer officials said Saturday that any fans who were unable to attend this game because of the snow, and had unused tickets in hand, can call the club and arrangements will be made to accommodate patrons to a future game. You must have had advance tickets to the Rangers’ game to do this. Call 215-218-4326.
Should the Senators make the playoffs, they have already pledged to give full- and half-season ticket holders regular-price tickets to the first two rounds of the playoffs, and meaningful discounts to later-round tickets. Ticket prices will also be slashed by two to 33 percent next season and season-ticket holders of more than five years will qualify for free parking.
I called my tickets rep. He told me to send the tickets in and they will contact me later about the date of the game I can go to. hopefully since I'm from NY it'll be a weekend game, but I really doubt it.

You mail them the tickets from the game with your contact information, and they will give you free tickets to another game, but cannot promise it will be the game you want.
Pretty much wasted money. I'm pissed. It was impossible for me to attend.
Don't be. They should have refunded the tickets of the fans like me who actually drove through the snow to see that game. Or at least some neat giveaway.
They get sent to their customer service dept at 3601 S. Broad Street. They'll call you to pick between 2 games they have left available to switch games with. Either next Tuesday vs. Columbus or Jan 28 vs. Atlanta

When did you get called? I sent my tix back the day this whole thing was announced and haven't heard anything yet.
