Total Gym

I bought one of these cheap off Craigslist a few weeks ago. Has anyone used one or is using one right now?

What are some good hockey specific exercises to do with this machine?

I've owned one of those for a few years. I'm sorry to say that there really isn't much you can do on it to help your hockey game. You really need to work your legs to help with hockey and this is not designed to really strengthen your legs. I currently use a Bowflex knock off which I have found is better than the Total Gym, but even that is best case. I have found I am maxing out the leg exercises and wanting to add more. Free weights, dumbells etc. are the best way to go. They provide instability and you can keep adding wweight as necessary. Maybe throw a Bosu Ball into the mix to do squats while holding dumbells.

I'd like to give you an answer more to your liking, but I found the Total Gym to be a waste of cash for me.
