I really wanted him to succeed especially with the Flyers poor history with home-grown defensemen. I liked his game pre-injury. Therien earlier during the broadcast said he was "frustrating to play with (as a team mate)." We know what Kapanen and Desjardins said afterwards.

Need a W. Would've been nice for Leighton to get the SO against his former team, but a win would be a better story to keep the streak alive.
