I clapped when they announced Callahan. Definitely didn't think Drury was gonna make it.

Must have been a clerical error. Drury sucks.

Yes, although I really don't know why.

Callahan was a good choice, congratulations!

Maybe next time Dubinsky?

Guess they wanted a vet to fill that 4th line center spot.

Grats Cally!

I would like to congratulate Philadelphia for succeeding from the state of pennsylvania and annexing Pittsburgh and Tim Thomas for winning the Norris Trophy. Quite an accomplishment.

It's all good. Sometimes I wish the Olympics were more frequently than every 4 years.

How Drury and Komisarek make the roster is beyond me.

Well if he did he's got enough money to do it.

Not surprised that he made the team. It's obvious he made it off of his past accomplishments, or at least I hope so.

Drury made it because Team USA is weaker at center than at wing.

He will be the 4th line C, and the only other competition for 4th line center was Paul Gaustad. They opted to go with the vet instead.

if burke likes drury so much maybe he will trade for him and take his huge contract away so we can get some forwards that can produce some points at a fraction of the cost i doubt it burke isnt that dumb

RJ Umberger or Tim Connolly would have been better choices as well as Gaustad.

Drury was selected so they can break out all their little league world series footage and beat that freaking dead horse into the ground when they have nothing else to tlak about.

I think it proves that Drury has much more respect from hockey hacks than he does from the experts on this board.
