This is so many shades of that NJ home-and-home. They got smoked in the first game and were appropriately embarassed, coming out with purpose next game. Let's hope:
a) they can keep it up.
b) they can come away with the win.
c) this teaches them a lesson for the rest of the playoffs.

A very good first period but the longer it will be 0-0, the longer Mtl will be in the game. We need to score one early in the second while playing like we did in the first and, like you said, this game will be ours.

We are used to this nonsense. Instead of focusing on good journalism and writing well thought out articles it is almost easier to throw together some BS controversial drama. Like I have been saying.......just trying to sell papers. I know I wont buy any.

But Kevin is a great hockey writer. When I was stuck in obscure northern maine, pre-internet days, i lusted for the Boston Globe to get his hockey articles. THis is an instance of going over the edge.
