There are just two questions to be asked about this game:

1.How many..........(will Canada score) and 2. Will Canada let in the first goal/s.....

EDIT: Anyway, why do we get Czech officials in every game?

Wow. Jerry, Circus, The Sinner AND Johnny Sack together again? That's one hell of a team.

Canada needs to put Bourque and Kozun with a centre that can skate to create more effective scoring. Sure Cormier scored against Latvia but he slows down the line and won't score much at higher levels. Henrique who got put as the 13th forward for being injured or Adam would be better options. If Schenn can't get going they should make a swap as well. Either way Kadri, Schenn, Henrique should make up the two top 6 centres, if Schenn can't produce slot him down.

Keep a close eye on Tatar and Panik and we should be fine. Be nice to Canada wallop a stronger national team like Slovakia rather than Latvia and the Swiss.

I haven't watched the last 2 games, but what kind of ice time is Adam getting as the extra forward? What kind of role is he playing?

This game should be a little more competitive than against the Swiss. However, that might only mean that Canada ratches up the pressure even more.

Cannot wait to see what Tatar and Panik can do offensively against Canada, it will be a real measuring stick of their development so far.

My Prediction:

7-3 Canada

I hate jumping the gun but if the B's end up with a lottery pick, there would be no better fit than Taylor Hall. Backcheck's like no other, great speed, and good set of hands. I personally don't think the Leafs end up in the bottom five however it's still interesting to speculate. He's looked great in this tournament. Kadri looks good to.

Hall has a bit of an injury and i don't think he is playing as well as he can.. But i say as the tournament goes on he'll get better and start scoring again..

If Canada doesn't take the foot off the gas, it could get nasty.

I'm hoping for an exciting game, regardless (and Eberle to do his thing)

The Spitfire line needs to be reunited. Henrique and Nemisz have done almost nothing since being separated from Hall, and even Hall himself has been good but not great.

I also don't think this will be blowout. IMO Slovakia is a much better team than Latvia or Switzerland. I think Canada will score 5 goals at the most.

International rules are radiculous, I think 3 of canada's 6 goals were illegal by IIHF standards, but good thing the refs didn't call it. Any way, Canada wins 4-1.

Will Canada beat them by more than 5 goals? No.

4-1 Canada.

Be modest, and say no. Be classy, and graceful when they do.
