And couple more on top of that. Philly's been playing better lately but Rangers will win. Rangers 4 Flyers 2 with Lundy stopping 40+ shots.

Drury was excused from practice for personal reasons yesterday. I wonder if he'll play tonight...

Hate to be Debby Downer but a first game without a key rangers player does not bode well for this team - this has classic Rangers loss written all over it.

We have serious issues on solving career backups, but heh... I'd like to see that happen too.

Even with Prospal I have a feeling they will lose tonight. Flyers are the better team and they are getting hot.

im not sure beating the canes and the piles constitute "getting hot" but sure, either way the rangers will most likely lose this one. On top of that i've got a bad injury feeling about tonights game.

any word on whether or not Druseless is going to play? i wonder if its a serious personal issue, or if he was just catching up on days of our lives.

MSG 2?

Knicks are on the road, and the Rangers are at home and they are on MSG 2.

Ok, the Nets are what? Like 2-67? Is this really necessary? Its a division game at home...

Pitiful.. ok - so why arent the DEVILS on MSG2? why do they get HD when the parent company of MSG is cablevision and they OWN the RANGERS?!!

I never understood this bull ****.

Watching the Rangers on an HD set on a SD channel is like looking through coke bottle the entire time.

Hey you forgot Tampa Bay, and when the Rangers beat the Isles and the Canes everyone pegged us as contenders again

Going to miss the game tonight

Like holy crap just give him the back to backs especially against the Canes who might not be as bad as the standing indicate but they are the lowest in the league. Nice work John, wear your number one goalie out before he goes and plays for 2 weeks for his country.... Great coaching way to handle the situation..

Lundqvist is on pace to play 73 games this year.

The last Olympic year he played 70 games. It will probably be anywhere from 68-72 this season. I dont see how that a gross mismanagement when you have a team that is on the cusp of the playoffs playing a division rival whose 2 points behind you. Lundqvist has been incredible the last half dozen games, you have to ride him. Sure, hell be worn out for playoffs, but you have to get there first.

It would be great to rest him, we talk about it every year - but you dont have that luxury when you are the New York Rangers and have to scratch and claw your way into a playoff spot.
