Do the Dallas Stars have any fans with internet access?

The series with my Avalanche just finished on Saturday, and there has not been *one* mention of it on this board. We finished you guys off in five and absolutely NOBODY even says a word?

Why is this place so dead? Honestly?

Couple of things:

1-Could be just that they are elsewhere on the internet. That's the case with hawks fans for instance.

2-It's not a kickass hockey market yet.

3-Dallas is not recognized as a prospect factory. At Hockey's Future, when all things are equal the teams relying on youth and flashy prospects will always get the nod.

4-Dallas are not recognized as an undisputed powerhouse anymore. When all things are equal, the powerhouse will get the nod over the weaker team.

IMO, you need something like 10 diehard fans who love discussing their team to get a team forum going. I think M=G (or M=D) has said in the past that he prefers to post on the general forums. They'd need a couple of guys to get this kickstarted.

I read this board everyday. There is hardly ever anything worth posting about. There is better discussion at the places.

The Stars official boards are absolutely huge, and while not all topics involve hockey, it's a great place to post at. The average age is about 25 there and the hockeyknowledge is supurb. It has a couple 1000 active members, then Andrews, which is considered the Stars #1 source for everything you could possibly think of. It also has a forum and that one ain't shabby either. So the truth is, nearly off the Stars fans aren't even aware of this board..
