Visnovski has a twisted or sprained ankle. Hard to say if he's playing vs SJS.

Best GDT of the season.

Nice GDT. The amount of effort put into the GDT is probably the same amount I'm hoping the Oilers bring to tonights game...next to nil

It's too late to put this one to rest, but I'm going to remind everyone that we like to have some minimum requirements for making a GDT. People like to check here for game information and the like, so please in the future refer to the GDT templates that are stickied at the top of the forum - we don't need something elaborate, just with some of the usual game notes.

Is it wrong to hope that we lose but to want to see JF Jacques run Heatley head first into the boards? Without major injury of course, but enough of a wallop for him to have to clear the cobwebs and to know that karma wore a #22 jersey for all the Oilers fans on this night.

Some of us in the great white north may ask: Why don't we wait until after the Olympics. Then you can have your way with him. Like him or not, the guy has been a force wearing the Maple Leaf.

...so is this going to be another "game day thread" where no one actually discusses the game and it's all about Jordan Eberle or the "tank job"?

No, there will be 11 pages of nothing but praise for O'Sullivan.

How the coach is a moron for putting O'Sullivan on a line with Jacques, Stortini, Stone or anyone not named Gagner or Penner.

If Deslauriers doesn't have the best game of his career this will be a very very long night.

Anyways I call 5-2 Sharks.

Oilers put up a fight. I think Penner will have a strong game.

Let's say 4-3 Sharks.

We thought the NHL had minimum talent requirements for high priced contracts - but Kevin Lowe proved us wrong....

Besides, it appears everyone (other than you) believes this GDT is truly fitting for our 2010 Edmonton Oilers......
