Yawn. I refuse to click to any link to aftonbladet thus giving them more ad revenue.

As for provisional dressing rooms.. big deal? Typical idiot aftonbladet reporter trying to stir up ****. The players won't care.

But I've got to agree with him, odds are, they don't care about where they changed, they care that they are now going to play in a medal game.

Oh yeah, where did I say that? In fact, I think i clearly stated that the Swedes care as little as the Swiss players, seeing as they said that it didn't bother them and they'd change in the stands if they had to.

It's all the arrogance that makes this an issue.
No I think a lot of you do actually care, which is sad. Anyways, i've said my piece on this and am not gonna get into a deep discussion regarding proper etiquette for visiting teams and dressing rooms in hockey arenas as i'm not one of these players and haven't participated in these tournaments. My two cents, concentrate on the game and not on the little things around it. You win the tournament, nobody will remember any of this crap. Don't sweat the small stuff.

This thread is quickly becoming the equivalent of "A whole new twist on the Oilers New Years saga" in the National Hockey League section...

Its unfortunate because it had potential to be a pretty funny thread.

Taking a page from my American relatives when someone complains about the US-----if you think we're picking on you------STAY THE HELL AWAY.

I'm sure if this was an issue with the Americans, Swiss, Fins, Czechs, Latvians, Slovaks, Austrians or Russians we would have heard about it.

Only one paper from Sweden has complained, that tells me what I need to know.

If Sweden was only practising, and their were other teams there for actual games, then what is the big deal with this?
Everyone outside of Canada is just looking for an excuse to **** on the home team because they dominate the tournament year in, year out. It's really getting laughable.
People should suck it up, after all, it's not a game..it was PRACTISE man, we're talkin 'bout PRACTISE, not a game, not a game...PRACTISE

Exactly. Who needs showers when you've got waterfalls in every backyard?

I'm sure they have. And if the Toronto media mentioned it there'd be a 20 page thread on here about it. That's just HFBoards for you.

Yeah. Team Canada clearly needed the home advantage to win gold in the US, Sweden and the Czech Republic.

Quite hilarious, so much for your whining and flawed logic.

I'm sorry I couldn't make you out our 15 gold medals were making too much noise. Could you say that again?

It's stories like this, and the indignant reactions from certain swedes that make me love crushing them time and time again.

You'd think it would get old, but then a thread like this appears, and guilt washes away...

Be careful, the Olympics are coming up and if memory serves correctly they aren't quite the powerhouse they think they are

I've played in a lot of hockey games and never has the dressing rooms been a factor in the outcome. Game is played on the ice.
