I didn't see it mentioned. But, Stoll had a super duper game tonight.

Just noticed that.

Go Kings!

Great win tonight where the shot differential really doesn't tell the story.

The Sharks were owned, the fans were owned ^.^ loved every second of it. Doughty was amazing minus that empty net. Greene was great and saved us from a few goals. Quick was on the ball and Frolov was pretty good but lacked hustle. Kopitar and Smyth were excellent, but man, Smyth is a work horse... Smyth is a huge key for this team and it's offense. He is just a monumental factor... Terrific game. Couldn't have asked for better...

Watching Quick, it's hard not to view him as a prototypical playoff goalie. Just so calm right now.

He's all business and he doesn't make excuses. There are no "just bad games" with Quick. He's always working.

That'd be 17-0-0.

Only one team, New Jersey, has a better record - an unreal 21-0-0.

He's the anti-Roy, a goalie who has a will-to-win that comes from modesty.

I saw that on the replay! I wanted to run out there and spin him around a few more times!! And then hit him with a crow bar!!! What? Too much?

I nearly pissed myself laughing at that 720 Blake did on the ice when Parse scored. Someone needs to make a YouTube of that. It's got to be from the HD feed though or some of the sit-n-spin will get cut off.

edit: Here we go! LOL http://video.nhl.com/videocenter/con...8&event=S.J439

Was sitting right next to a hot chic, the picture would have been blurry. Only you would take a picture of beer Unfortunately, like you yourself pointed out, Sharks fans are pretty annoyingly classy, and everyone was good sports around me, and no one really starting anything other than light banter. I tried everything, even being obnoxious, but I couldn't really goad anyone into much tonight... Just a lot of heckling and boo'ing.

There was a funny Kings fan with an awesome Kings beer cap who I teamed up with against a group of Sharks fans in verbal war, but not much else. The Sharks fans mostly didn't want to engage in anything after that beating.

That angle is at 12:45 of the 3rd right as they go in to commercial. He really did make 3 full turns. A 1080!

I remember Purcell talking about Greiss's weird weak-spots early this season - or pre-season. Although this was just just a quick snapper... maybe that AHL knowledge is percolating up

Watching Blake pass the puck to Parse made my night, it really did.

Made it to the game tonight myself as well. It's always nice being able to see the kings live. Seats were at the sharks end of the ice with the kings attacking twice.

Aside from that the one king not getting much props for his play tonight was Moller. He had an awesome game from what I could see.

Here is to a good home stand!
