How does he ''swallow'' the first shot when its like half an inch off the ice?

Oh well. It happens. OT has treated the Habs well so far this season, can't win them all.

Played with the Devils, even outshot them. Went a lot better than I thought it would.

lol if that was Price he'd be crucified. I think Halak was too deep, but I'm not going to get on Halak's case for failing to stop a Parise breakaway.

unbelievable.

Parise went to the bench to get a new stick and gets a breakaway.

Great game by Halak.

Well, Jersey's tops in the east, and one of the Top 3 in the League (points-wise), so... it's great to see Halak have a stellar game against one of the big boys.

NOT trying to start a Halak/Price debate; just saying that it's nice to see Halak start to answer the one knock against him.

It makes him either a better goalie for us... or a goalie with better trade value... take whichever you prefer!

It's also good to see us actually play a pretty good team game against a top team.

Really? Can you show me some examples?
And what problem? How many goals on Halak have actually resulted due to a rebound?

Will the luck be on our side this year? It's like we never have lucky rebound.
