What this proves to me is that he plays better when he is playing without any pressure. Dustin Brown's game has suffered ever since expectations of him and the team were set to a higher pedestal.
So, should we get rid of Brown or bring back MC?

A minor amount of contact at best. Brown was either diving to get a call, or displaying his generally piss poor skating ability. A little shoulder bump shouldn't send him flying under any circumstances, but he has balance that is roughly on par with Ian Lapperriere's. I don't recall seeing him complain to the ref about a call after either, do you?

Take away his captaincy and give it to Greener or O'Donnell

Sorry, MC won't give you the team discount like Dustin did, likely because he's been snubbed all his pro career. he's earning his salary now, a salary DL would never offer him. So your question is moot.

No. Give the C to Smyth who serves as de facto Captain anyways. Give Brown the cone of shame.

Yup, Smyth C, Greene and one of Johnson/Doughty/Simmonds/Brown/OD A's. Though I would be fine with Greene having the C.

Just a little sarcasm and out of frustration from that garbage of a game. I still believe in this team. No worries.

Been saying this forever! Just not a big fan of him being captain.
