When only Pens fans are saying this then it is in fact not the end of the thread.

Myers' save was his second of the year, and we would have lost if he didn't make it.

Dennis Wideman just made a pretty nice save against the sharks.

that was an awesome save by meyers. reminded me of lidstrom's stop in game 2, 97 conference finals against the avs. esentially won the game for the wings

Skrastins made a very similar save to Lidstrom's famous one last week.

Sergei Zubov. Can't remember who it was against but it was a great save.

I always loved this one by Kaberle, because it saved the shutout in the dying seconds...and it was against the Sens.

That Ozolinsh one was crazy, I was at that game behind that net. The whole place thought it went in

obviously the Wings are the best at averything. we're just mentioning good saves by non-Wings players.

^^^don't look too hard. it wasn't an all-time great or anything. i just think it was better than Crosby's (you're opinion may differ, obviously).

in any event we can probably both agree that neither can hold a candle to anything done by someone in a Red Wings jersey.

That save by Scuderi at #6 was particularly sweet given the circumstances.

I'd forgotten about the Marchment save at #2.

But the #1 save was actually what brought me into this thread in the first place. I was going to mention Ozolinsh and try to find video, and then I watched the video to see if it was in there.

Pulled the puck off the goal line with his entire body several feet behind the net, his momentum carrying him further back, and while falling to the ice.

I was actually at that game. They showed the replay up on the Jumbotron and I turned to my wife and said, "That is the most amazing 'save' by a defenseman I have ever seen and probably ever will see."
