Apparently Gaborik in 2007. Last time before that was 1996, Mario and Fedorov.

Dec 20, 2007 Marian Gaboreik scored 5 goals on the NYR, first player to do it since Fedorov Dec. 26, 1996, in an overtime game against Washington. And Mario Lemieux was the last to net five in regulation, on March 26, 1996, versus St. Louis.
