It's still easy. It's Halak. Not because he's better or anything, but it is a back-to-back.

If Price plays, I'll leave the Habs board for a week.

We should get a great win tonight...

Habs will be pist about the way they played yesterday and will be angry.

NYR just seems to be unable to buy a goal these days.

5-2 Montreal with HALAK in nets (3-0 after the first)

If you think Mike Brodeur was tough to beat...

Need that PP to click or it's going to be a LONG night.

This is another 4 point game right here... the hardest things are going to be keeping Gaborik off the scoresheet, and getting some past Lundqvist... hopefully we can get our special teams going well and start working harder. We need more grinding, more hitting and faster breakouts. Let's do it!

Habs: 4
Rangers: 2

Gionta
Gaborik
Dubinski
Cammalleri
Pouliot
D'agostini

The Rangers couldn't even score on Mike Brodeur.

And Henrik has a history of less-than-stellar games vs the Habs (see 1st post).

I won't bank on that though, but I predict a Habs win of 5-3

Gionta (x2)
Pouliot
Cammalleri
Metropolit

Please be Price, please!!!

He can't go out like that, and if he has any dog in him, he'll get us this W.

After a game that we had trouble scoring in, we now travel to the big apple to face... Lundqvist?

Long night folks, long night.

I would play Price because after a lose any other goalie in the league get's his rebound game the next game but only here in Montreal do we put are back-up after a lose.

A couple of years ago, I had a dream that the Habs were playing the Sabres. I was at the game live and looked up at the scoreboard to see the score 2-2 in OT. As I watched the time on the clock tick down, the fans erupted and the horn went off signaling that Montreal had won in OT. I woke up right after that and thought to myself, "wouldn't it be cool if that actually happened tonight?" I told my wife about it and she chuckled and brushed it off. But that night, Habs and Sabres went to OT with the score tied 2-2 and Montreal won in OT.

Well last night I had the same dream, and we did play the Rangers as well. It was 2-1 for Habs with less then a minute left and Pouliot would score the empty net... But... Gionta was hit behind the play and severely hurt. He was helped off the ice and to the back. Habs would win 3-1 but at the loss of Gionta.

You know, one time was pretty cool when it happened, but if this happens then I suggest making me a mod so that I can permaban myself from these boards.

We haven't had much success in New York AND:

Halak vs. above 0.500 team = Loss

In some way, I hope Halak gets lit up, so we can see that goaltending isn't the problem here. It's everything else.
