Does anyone know a discount/promo code for the Edmonton International Beerfest this year?

Can't wait for Rammstein. Their opening bad, Combichrist, isn't bad either.

I just rolled out of bed after seeing Forbidden with Revocation, Havok and White Wizzard (plus a local band that I can't remember).

Freaking incredible gig...it was at the pawn shop. Small venue, great sound system though. Where'd my tylenol go?

lol, right. It gives the entirely misleading look if its the wrong year in the title. Kind of as if entertainment here only happens, and gets bumped, once/year.

Welcome to the Calmar Rodeo folks. That thars the entertaynements fer the year. Y'all's have a good time and drives home in one piece..

CAKE is awesome, and Cee Lo Greens songs are catchy, but the rest of it does seem a little meh.

I'm pretty big on Manchester Orchestra's albums but Janes Addiction as a headliner and Metric's monthy show in Edmonton doesnt get me excited.

Really I can never understand why anybody ever listened to Janes addiction. Although I suppose some people took "Poison" seriously as well.

They might have been great back in the day..... I saw them 2 years ago on the NINJA (Nine Inch Nails / Janes Addiction) tour. NIN went on before them and blew them out of the water for performance that night.

Street Sweeper Social Club (Tom Morrello side project) was the first band on that night and I thought they were a blast to watch as well. I actually left before Janes Addiction were done their first set.
