Jacques-Ott-Stewart
or
Eager-Fraser-Burrows
ever notice that enforcers never play center? I know it's usually because they're not defensively responsible enough but you think there'd be at least some that are.

Tough line as in a tough scoring line or in a hard working, tough checking line.
IMO, Milan Lucic is the perfect guy to play on the wing on a skilled scoring line. He stands up for his teammates and has an okay scoring touch. I would say he is one of my favorite players.
Tough scoring lines:
Lucic - Getzlaf - Perry
Hartnell - Backes - Burrows
Comments: In real life, I would prefer a Marc Savard type-of-player instead of either Getzlaf or Backes on centre. But as long as the lines have to be 'tough', I'll go with these.
Tough checking lines:
Stortini/Boulton - Talbot - Downie
McLeod - Rupp - Neil
Comments: Hmm... no salary cap in fantasy world, eh?

Not fantasy, but Canucks can (if Bieska was ok) field these five. I would say that they are pretty though all of them:
D:
O'Brien Bieska
F:
Hordichuk Rypien Samuelsson
Any team who can match that in thoughness?

Samuelsson is tough? Mikael Samuelsson? I though there are many tougher guys in your roster.

Well I went with a RW and we got guys like Demitra there
But Samuelsson will drop F-boms on the opposition 'til kindom come, he is though!
Seriously, he is the weakest of the five, but the RWs ain't that though, still he has been seen with dropped gloves.
Bernier is another choice though on that position.

sens can try. Becomes more of an annoying line than a tough line though.
Ruutu-Fisher-Neil
Phillips-Volchenkov
my perfect 4th line is something like:
McGrattan (or equivalent heavy) - Konopka- Neil

Carcillo- Betts- Lappy is a pretty tough line if you ask me. Betts might not really throw but he is still a tough dude.

So can every player in the OP, except for Orr.

Samuelsson tough? Are you talking about Ulf or Kjell? Because Mikael is a real softie.. he talks more than he tackles.

I think the Canucks win in the defenceman fights but Leafs take the forwards.

Berube-Hunter-Miller was pretty good back in the day, even though Miller didn't drop 'em. Realistically that's about as good of a tough (meaning including at least one legit heavyweight getting regular shifts) 4th line as I can recall.

Well the original thing included pests so I went for him and he isn't really that soft even if he is far from an instigator or scrapper.

Sure Glass is miles better, but he plays LW, that's why I didn't choose him.

I really don't know, Hordichuk hasn't been that good this season but he is an ok scrapper and Rypien is really though. Substituting my chose of Samuelsson (included more by pest qualities) with Glass or Bernier (a RW) makes the fighting ability a bit better.
I would say that the Canucks wins 2 of the three forward fights.

Glass can play the right side too. Most wingers can play both LW and RW.
