I've pretty much stopped watching at this point, but would prefer we give Dubie a chance...JDD had the reins for a while, why not DD. I don't think either will ever be a #1 in the NHL

On top of that maybe he'll appreciate what the 2 young guys in net are putting up with.

I said DD. I think JDD was overplayed and needs a break. Although I hope the break means that when JDD starts next that he is sharper like when he was playing earlier in the year.

(Ever seen him try to defend an empty net? It makes me feel like I could be in the NHL.)

It should be Horcoff because then the mathletes wouldnt be able to blame his awful +/- on his poor on ice save %. I have a hard time believing that people actually sit around and think up this stuff.

I have a hard time believing that people can be so proudly close minded but every day I see evidence.

Have you come up with some new formula for us today? Really, pointing out the stupidity in others would be the last thing you should be doing these days.

Nice edit btw. Good job. Closed minded is just so much weaker than dumb though. I would have left it if I were you.

Horcoff's plus-minus is bad because he's spending all his time in his own zone. The save percentage behind him is bad because Horcoff, O'Sullivan and company aren't doing much to keep the scoring chances to the outside. I've never put much faith in that dumb statistic, and I never will.

The last thing I should be doing? Have I done or said something dumb lately?

As far as the edit goes, I'm doing my best to assume the best about people.

IMO, the 2009 draft analysis clearly missed the mark on Krieder. I don't think the evaluator understands the dynamics of U.S. college hockey, especially for *most* incoming freshmen, especially at a more established program.
