Just got back from the game, and holy crap what an effort by the boys in blue. Everyone from top to bottom looked really good tonight. Eight different goal scorers and Gabby wasn't one of them, gotta love it. Also loved the Voros chants late in the 3rd. I was originally sitting up in the 400s but with like 5 minutes left moved down to the 100s and got to see Dubi drop Halpern up close, then proceed to challenge the rest of the Tampa bench lol. It was great seeing them all laughing and joking around when they were doing the crowd salute. Hopefully a sign of good things to come.

Was so looking forward to this one. Got home a bit before 10 to watch...unfortunately my recording ended after 15 minutes. Damn you Vs & TWC! Oh well, at least it was a good one.

So did mine!!! W T F???

Did it end right before the first goal? Prospal in the corner after a missed Gaborik shot on the power play?

I have TWNY too... the system must have gliched because it was still recording when i got back, yet it was only 15 minutes long.

Funny, because AMERICAN IDOL taped IN FULL for my wife... goes to show.

Did they use up all of their January goals now or do they get more?

I've had this problem with Vs on and off (mostly on) for quite a while now. For whatever reason every hour or so the channel just freezes. Sometimes the audio continues but the only way to get the video back is to change the channel up or down and then go back to Vs, thus resetting it. Unfortunately when this freeze happens when you are recording it locks up and kills it. It is VERY annoying.

Awesome game...who ever thought this team would score 8 goals in a game and Gaborik wouldn't be one of them?

10-3-4 since December 16.

Voros, Drury and Higgins all scored in the same game... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot

6th in EC now, we leapfrogged Boston. Ottawa won tonight so they move up to 5th.

The best part is voros pussed out of a fight and drew the penalty that led to his PP goal

Way to stick it to em

The versus high def feed cut out right before the first goal (it froze with the puck mid air on the initial shot).

Then it crapped out for good after the 2nd period...

And the commentators need to be shot.

I'm gonna try to get one of my friends to go to the penguins game next monday so I don't have to deal w/ the versus crap again.

Great win, however, Tampa lay down tonight. Their effort on Defense and backchecking was pitiful as was the goaltending.

I caught some of the game on the radio and Maloney was killing the Bolts for being awful.....which was refreshing because he's usually killing the Rangers.

I know I'm probably biased but I think he is THE BEST color guy in the business right now. He just lays it all out there. Some funny stuff too.

It was like they were completely disinterested. Dubinsky never should have gotten a second shot at the puck on his power play goal. Thedefender basically game Prospal a breakaway on his goal by overcommitting to Gaborik. Girardi's goal was obvious. And Boyle to Voros for a PP goal? Gimme a break.

Yeah, but some blame has to go to TWC for doing nothing about this problem for at least a year now.

lol.. i just watched a replay of dubi's fight...

the announcer says "it's to send a message we aren't going to take the loss laying down".

Ok, so one of your guys (who's a sore loser) getting his ass kicked and getting his nose broken is supposed to send a message? And to top it off gives the rangers another PP to give them a chance to make your loss even MORE embarassing.

So not only did you lose 8-2, you ended the game by losing a fight.
