Doubt it. He's way more likely to blame his own teammates. That's what he usually does.

Just need to say, as I've read this thread, that you guys are awesome.

I don't believe any fanbase (or small slice thereof) would be so positive in your outlook to your team as you guys seem to be. As a Nucks fan, I know all too well how the daggers can come out when your team isn't living up.

Cheers, good times will come again.

Stortini VS Rypien. Jacques VS Hordichuk. Kesler VS Gagner. Cogliano VS Raymond. Moreau VS Burrows. Souray VS Glass. Penner VS Bernier. Dubnyk VS Luongo. Quinn VS Vieneault(sp?)

Yeah, I wanna see all those fights.

Not in the St. Louis game He tripped them then jumped on top of them.

Well, haven't commented in a GDT in a couple so I'll guess there will be a response of some sort -- players cannot get to the NHL and lose all their competitive fire, right? Right? ....I'm still expecting a loss, but will force it down if there's a good effort and some fight shown by the Oilers.

Come on guys, don't disgrace yourselves too much in front of the Casucks...!!

Lots of Canucks fans endearing themselves in this thread I see. Easiest game on paper huh? I hope that your beloved Canucks let you down. If there's one team that I want to see a win against it's this godforsaken group.

How old are you? The Canucks were in this realm of bad in what, the 80's?

Yeah, I'm angry and pissed off. So sue me. Don't hold it against the rest of the posters in here, I've had an awful day.

If there's anything I hate more than Canuckleheaded fan arrogance it's flipping sympathy from them.

So Moreau ditched the visor in a vain attempt to "change things up."

I'll stop short of hoping that something bad happens because that would be over the line.

Here is hoping both our teams and put an end to our miseries by getting the No 1 and No 2 overall picks this year and going 1 and 2 next season in the western conference.

Oh, and we both get Kovalchuk in UFA and dump the several large contract busts on our teams.

Fantasy land is fun!

Anyone know why Dubnyk's starting again? He's started 4 of the last 5. Was JDD really that bad against Nashville?

As a player, I dislike Moreau as much as the next guy, but c'mon. He's banged up and missed practice due to the injury - not because he "ditched" the skate.

1996-2000 playing in front a half-empty GM Place.

I dare anyone to name another city other than Toronto that would still sellout during a fourth year of a rebuild like we have. The Canucks wouldn't even have any fans left at this point.

Then he should kindly sit out if he's so banged up.

Maybe he has been having some vision issues.

3 goals 2 assists for Moreau tonight. Book it.

I believe I heard somewhere that they want to alternate between JDD and DD.

Seriously, why? We can't interrupt the dive in any way. Things are going so smoothly.
