The trainers aren't attending to Seguin, so it looks like it might just be a burner or something. Hopefully that's the case.

Niederreiter (sp?) is awsome, Im loving this kid, weak goal but a goals a goal

Hall seems alright IMO, he certainly isnt playing like he deserves to be picked first overall. Same for Seguin although he seems to be creating more IMO

So it's decided, if the Oilers somehow draft Martindale, his official nickname will be Wink.

Ridiculous pokecheck save by Pickard

Hall vs Seguin so far is very interesting. Would say Seguin has more of a 6th sense for creating offense so far, in addition to looking much stronger on the puck when in possession. Looks like a fantastic passer as well.

Perfect pass from Seguin to Taffoli. I'm really liking Seguin's play...

Looong ass shift for Hall there, too long and cost them an odd man rush essentially. Then Seguin with the beautiful forehand sauce to buddy in the middle, but stymied by Pickard with a beautiful poke check.

Nice sequence.

Well I've been looking at some mock drafts and he's dropped into the late 1st round, early 2nd, so it's possible.

Just caught the tail end of the 1st there...Seguin looks very good, utilizes his teammates really well. Hall, of course, is all over the puck.

One guy that's interesting is that Mcllrath kid -- 6'5, 215 stay at home banger? Sounds like a d-man we could use in the system.

SeeGan (didn't know it was pronounced that way) definitely looks better than Hall thus far, very good playmaking abilities. Also, Fowler can really fly.

Those are some sick passes through defensemen's wickets.

BTW, Seguin had 4 faceoffs. 4 wins (although no lie, his first was more because of his winger, and the one against Hall was also a little pathetic... Hall fell on the dot. 3rd was clean, 2nd was a weak win).

I find he makes a great 1st pass as well.

This is my first time seeing Seguin. I always thought Hall was clearcut #1 for this year, but if we end up with 1st overall I would not be disappointed with either player. Of course I would like to see more games before deciding who I think will be better. They are listed as the same size, but I thought Seguin looked more muscular in the pre-game shots. Seguin's physique reminds me of Stamkos (when he was 17-18) and he appears to have great hockey sense.

Seguin plays similar to Ryan Getzlaf, minus 4 inches and about 20 pounds.

He looks faster/quicker then Getzlaf, I mean compared to his competition.

I guess that's what less weight/height can do for you.

I had some time between slobbing on Seguin's knob to notice some other players.

El Nino. 'nuff said.

Ross looked aggressive, Watson looked decent, Galiev had 3 chances including that glorious 1st one, noticed McIlrath, which wasn't necessarily a good thing.

Hall's not using his team mates enough so far in the game. I hope we can pick up another mid 1st rounder and take Galiev he's looking good out there. Seguin is looking like an awesom consolation if we end up drafting second and Carolina takes Hall.
