If we are able to get another 1st round pick - El Nino

BTW, Seguin had 4 faceoffs. 4 wins (although no lie, his first was more because of his winger, and the one against Hall was also a little pathetic... Hall fell on the dot. 3rd was clean, 2nd was a weak win).
Man, you're really obsessed with face-offs. It's the first thing you always ask about prospect Cs haha... It's like a post-traumatic stress symptom about Oilers' FO problems or something... We aren't going to be save by rookies in that dept, forget it...

Etem is from Long Beach? So the Kings or the Ducks pretty much have to draft him eh?

You know, I'd be perfectly OK with either of Hall/Seguin/Fowler...please Oilers, no 10 game winning streaks, 'kay?

Well, since we have two parents here championing Hall and Seguin, I will begin the Fowler homering.

For 5 minutes before I leave. Fowler should be first overall.

We could really use Fowler the more i watch him, he's done nothing but impress me since i started saw him in the WJC for the first time.
He seems like a Doughty type imo
He really might be the bset pick for us, i don't think he gets talked about enough.

I don't think a defensive prospect will come in and be as good as Doughty for 10 years.

You never know, but to me Doughty is a very rare talent.

Watching this game makes me want the Oilers to pick up another 1st, there is some decent intensity being brought tonight. Starting to like Seguin and Fowler as much as Hall.

I agree but Fowler has that type of ability (not to say that he'll be as good) but he has the speed, smarts and great first pass, he just reminds me a lot of Doughty stylewise.

Im sorry that I think it's important for our centers to be competent faceoff men!

haha agreed. I also prefer two-way C's to just offensive C's.

I like what I've seen from Petrovic, it would nice to grab him, if the Oilers had a 2nd or 3rd 1st rounder, I would still prefer Niederreiter over him.

I'm liking how Ross from the Winterhawks plays, with some edge (something sorely lacking in the Oilers' lineup).

Not only did Hall just show was amazing skill, but he started that sequence off by winning a faceoff. Take that, Soli! lol

Somehow managing a trade that got us Niederreiter would be amazing.

I like that Hall and Seguin are being used on the PK.

Im a big Seguin booster, but that was nice SH rush by Hall, heads up the whole way looking between the legs. I liked that from him.

Close on that last one (maybe should have been a penalty), but great goal there.

Hall looks good.
