Recchi - Amonte - Gagne

Hi,

I play in a pool hockey, and I have a hard decision: actually I don't know who to pick among Recchi, Amonte and Gagne. If 2 points are awarded for a goal, and 1 point for an assist. Who would you pick ?

Go Flyers Go

Recchi hands down. Especially since there are probably going to be a bunch of powerplays this series, where he scores the most. Gagne would be second, but he is being used primarily as a checking wing.

The LeClair-Handzus-Recchi line was our best against the Leafs during the regular season.

and how can we forget the big O.T. goal Rex scored against the leafs in last year's playoffs. I think this series will sprout differnt scorers from the first series.
Namely Amonte, Rex and Handzus.

Rex scored 6 against the Leafs last year and he's playing much better this year. Not saying he'll match or beat that total, but it's not a bad play.

Honestly, not just because of my username but I think Gags will come up big versus TO...he has good games against the leafs in the past.

yes, but i suspect that he and preems + kaps will be matched up against the Sundin line playing defense first.

The only player I would take over Roenick would be Zhamnov, so yeah, I would take Roenick.

Take Rex. The flu bug should be gone and he should be back near 100% (hopefully) with the nice rest after round 1. Recchi ate up the Leafs last year in round 1..........it'd be great to see a repeat during this round.
